استفسار عن التقاط قمر e16 + e23+e28 بالمسطرة

السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته
لدي طبق ?متر و نوعا ما قديم
التقط به عبر المسطرة وهو الوسيط e19 باشارة 70% و الهوتبيرد ب 60%
اما الe23/e16 لم استطع الالتقاط للأسف
وانا اقطن بشمال الجزائر
وهل يمكن التقاط e28 بالمسطرة كذلك واي تردد قوي ؟ لاني التقطت e26 باشارة 60% على قنوات بين سبور العربية وقنوات ssc لا اشارة
