بعد زيارته مؤخرا لمدينة خاركيف الشرقية، قام الرئيس الأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي، الذي نادرا ما يتنقل خارج العاصمة كييف منذ بدء الهجوم الروسي، بزيارته الأولى لمدينة ميكولايف في جنوب أوكرانيا، السبت.
