عندى مشكلة باللاب إنه فيه كارتين من نوع amd
سطبت نسخة 10 وبحاول انزل التعريف من موقع hp نفسه بيدينى خيارات كثيرة فى خانة الجرافيك وعند تسطيبه تحدث مشكلة الشاشة الزرقاء جربت انزل من موقع amd ولاكن نفس المشكلة الشاشة الزرقاء تحدث عند تعريف كارت الشاشة فقط تفحصت الهارد والرام والأمور تمام والنسخة كنت منزلها من حوالى شهر من موقع مايكروسوفت
