اللهم إجعلني ممن ينهون عن المنكر في هذه الحياة...
تشعر وكأن في أعماقك نهرا من الدموع...
أنك بحاجة الى البكاء...الصراخ...
وأن الحياة قد ضغطت على كل جسدك...
والتنفس صعب...
ولكن تذكر دائما أن في السماء غيوم....
فوق الغيوم سماء زرقاء...
وأن الله عنده الحل لكل مشاكلنا...
إبتسم وسبح بإسم ربك العظيم...
وبهذا تكون قد أرضيت ذاتك...
وتذكر بأن الله قد قسم لك الحياة وفيها لك قطعة من العيش...
