السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
اتفقت شفهيا مع أحد ما على استئجار منزله مدّة قصيرة من الزمن، وأريد توثيق العقد دون التوجّه إلى موثّق، فهل يمكننا تدوين الشروط والأحكام مع استشهاد شخصين وتوقيعهما، ثمّ المصادقة على العقد في البلدية، أم لا؟
